Special Notes: The New Horizons Open is an annual tournament in Fraser, CO that ran from 1979 – 1998.
Grandma Miller had around 40 acres in Frazer, Colorado, and hosted an early August tournament where people would camp at the course to play and party. Tough course and good competition. Grandma would come out and meet everyone and throw out the first disc. John Bird was TD this year.
