Special Notes: The Minnesota Frisbee Association was formed on July 19, 1975. This 2006 tag design includes two flying discs flying through the foreground MFA letters and one disc heading toward the Bag Tag No. 104 and a lone DG chain basket, all of which is encircled by a pinwheel design element.
