Special Notes: The Minnesota Frisbee Association was formed on July 19, 1975. This 2012 tag design includes six horizontal lines, 3 on each side of 2012 along with 2 five-point stars, one on each side of the No. 32. In addition, there is a waterwheel artistic motif on the outer perimeter that houses these graphic elements: 2 flying saucers, 2 DG chain baskets, 2 open pinwheel suns, 2 diamonds, 2 washers, and 3 dense pinwheel suns.
