Special Notes: According to a Sheryl Newland Facebook post from April 2019 "I was the one who started it one year at the Rose Bowl. (She started FLOW, a Woman's organization) It was designed to help Tournament Director's to do things to entice more women competitor's. We had women set up to help all over the country. FLOW stood for Flying Disc League of Women. As a side note, the Senior Group WOLF used our acronym. When Ralph Williamson asked me for help I quickly replied Wrinkled Old Letcherous Farts! That name stuck." That name may not have done well on the tournament disc so WOLF was described as (W)onderful (O)utstanding (L)ovable (F)lyers. Donn Blake, one of the early members of WOLF describes it as Wonderful Old Lovable Fellows.
