Special Notes: This is a very early two-pack of minis. They are likely Pat. Pend. minis as all Pat. Pend. minis have the labels with the thin outer ring. However, not all minis with that label are Pat. Pend., so there's no way to be sure without opening the package. According to Dudley Gaman, the earliest proof of the two-pack availability is from 3/21/1968.
