Special Notes: Discs were produced in Yellow, Red, White, Blue, Green and Orange. Tooling on bottom reads: CONCEPT PRODUCTS, INC.; MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA 55403; 2 (mold #) Made in U.S.A. Style one has linear/horizontal tooling/engraving in the center of the bottom of the flat part of the cupola. This double sticker label is the only example known that was distributed by a manufacturer, as opposed to those examples that were modified after the fact by the consumer for a specific event or promotion or tournament or trophy, etc. This double sticker example is thought to have been produced for retail sales because of an overrun or a discontinuance of the Amway promo label or program. Style one CPI Promo discs also differ from styles 2 and 3 in that the Made in USA tooling was engraved without periods.
