Special Notes: Poster promotes the Sailing Satellite, Wham-O's first original disc mold. First designed in mid 1957 and released in the fall of that year in only silver, this slightly larger (at 11.5 inches) Second Style went on sale in 1958 in silver and other bright colors. A few of those have been found with partially degraded white designs applied around the cupola and outer flight plate. This poster shows one with fully complete designs. It is still unknown how or why these designs were applied.
