Special Notes: This disc and launcher are attached to the original Scotch Tape dispenser with the unused tape. The 3M Scotch Tape Flying Saucer and Space Launcher were introduced in August 1957. They were distributed one per roll of Scotch Cellophane Tape. The attached vacuformed sheets had punch-out parts for the Flying Saucer and Space Launcher. Directions for using a rubber band to launch the Flying Saucer were printed on the back.These were made in 6 different styles.
