Special Notes: The panels, header text and signature have been mounted to a stiff, blue-lined paper so when the stat camera reproduces the strip for publication the tones are more easily separated and the non-repro blue lines used for mounting more easily disappear in the lithographic printing process. The blue pencil marks in the lower righthand corner were out of frame but this photo of the board shows the direection to the stat camera operator: Reduce to 40%. So, the publication of the strip would would be 60% smaller than the original art.
