Special Notes: Unusual design with 12 elongated slots near the rim and 12 small rectangular holes around a large dome with a raised, stepped, pagoda-like cone at the center. A 1.5 inch diameter variable yellow swath on the flight plate has 12 thin spikes of brighter yellow extending to the edge of the rim between the slots. The yellow permeates the thickness of the disc. Made of stiff (but not hard) plastic. Originally from the Jim Palmeri collection.
