Special Notes: This is a very interesting disc. It is the first Regular seen by the FDM (2-19-2024) that has Pat. Pend. tooled (it is rudimentally done) into an esker. This disc shows the progression of the production of the Regular. This iteration shows the addition of the word Wham-O and the ® after Frisbee in raised letters on the front of the disc. The disc does not have any T.M. script and still lacks the patent number. The Copyright text shows Pat. Pend and has been changed slightly from the 2A mold. The tooling is improved, but the word Wham-O no longer aligns with the text above it. There is no Copyright date in the tooling.
