Thanks for your help. First off, you can see the mold name written on scotch tape on the bottom. I would go copy and paste a descriptor from an existing disc in the FDM, and then modify the descriptor elements. If the Style is present in your copied descriptor, delete it. (I will come back later and add them for Innova discs) Then be sure and copy the last
3 elements in this example (to replace those of the copied descriptor), Test date, special notes and contributor. Add your name behind mine as contributor. The test date is the date Jeff has written on the scotch tape on the bottom. Other dates inked by the Maker could have been when produced or when mailed. Just note what the info is in the special notes of the photo of the bottom. Please see pics 160 and 161 as completed examples.
