This is a typical descriptor for Ultimate Organization discs. These discs are standard discs, primarily Wham-O 165G and Discraft Ultra-Stars, although several other models are included as well. For club teams it is Team Name—Location—Maker Model/Mold—Disc Color—Hot Stamp Color(s). School teams are School Team Name—Maker Model/Mold—Disc Color—Hot Stamp Color(s). And finally for the professional gallery it is League—Team Name (or disc name for league discs)—Maker Model/Mold—Disc Color—Hot Stamp Color(s). These are separated by an em dash. (Windows is Alt0151).
