Special Notes: Early members of the DGA (later PDGA) received a set of discs (a 119G + 141G) with their number applied with decals and their name hand written. The earliest discs were yellow while later discs were white. Some of the very early discs had the names written in red or black. This is Mike Hughes' Member disc.
