Special Notes: Early members of the DGA (later PDGA) received a set of discs (a 119G + 141G) with their number applied with decals and their name hand lettered. The earliest discs were yellow while later discs were white. Some of the very early discs had the names written in red or black. These discs came with a gold medallion engraved with the players name and PDGA number This medallion belonged to PDGA founder, Ed Headrick. From the Charlie Burke collection.
