Special Notes: Early members of the DGA (later PDGA) received a set of discs (a 119G + 141G) with their number applied with decals and their name hand written. The earliest discs were yellow while later discs were white. Some of the very early discs had the names written in red or black. Donn has two sets of white discs. One set has a quote mark before and after his name. This particular set has clear spray adhesive on top of the decals. Part of the Donn Blake collection.
