Special Notes: The IFA was established in 1967 to "serve as a central communications forum to strengthen the bonds among FRISBEE players everywhere". In 1968, the IFA established Proficiency standards. "Within the IFA there will be four classifications of members-Novice, Amateur, Expert and Master."

This is a letter written Wham-O about a game suggestion. It is unclear whether Bruce ever became a member of the IFA.
