Special Notes: Hand made by pressing a sheet of heated Bolteron plastic onto a metal die. Script is closer together than SS4. Made in Etna, NH. Bottom of dis has an orange peel texture, hand-trimmed edge shows layers of plastic, rim is wavy due to flat sheet being forced down onto a curved form. Red is the only color known. This disc was found still in its original thick paper envelope imprinted on the fron in red and dark blue. There was also a 4-page printed brochure containing the instructions for two games including the precursor to Guts. Very rare.
