Special Notes: The very few mail orders sent out included a "Pluto Platter Pilot Enlistment Form." If it was filled out and sent back, you would receive a "Pluto Platter Space License" signed by "Admiral Asteroid" (actually Fred Morrison). Extremely rare. To date there are 3 known Enlistment Forms and 1 Space License.
