Special Notes: The second disc designed by Fred Morrison (the Flyin Saucer was the 1st.). Improved aerodynamic design. Considered the archetype of modern disc designs. First disc to carry the "Flat Flip Flies Straight..." instructions, coined by Fred's wife Lu. Sold primarily at fairs; a few were sold mail order. Manufacturing & sales agreement with Wham-O signed January 23, 1957. Very rare: to date only about 15 in total (1 white) are known to exist. This backlit view of the bottom shows faint apricot intrusions created during the molding process.
