Special Notes: WUCC was help August 12–20, 1999 in St. Andrews, Scotland. The open division was won by Death or Glory (DoG) from the U.S., second place was Liquidisc from Finland, and third was the Condors. In the women's division Women on the Verge (U.S.) took first, Schwa (U.S.) second, and Spirals (Japan) third. Red Fish Blue Fish (U.S.) took first in the mixed division with Osaka Nato (Japan) second and RippIT (U.S.) third. Finally, Cigar completed the U.S. sweep for first by winning the masters division, with Return of the Red Eye (Australia) second and Tempus Fugit (U.S.) third.
