Date Introduced: 1980

Period of Manufacture: 1980
Special Notes: This disc is the first prototype run for Precision Flytes (PF). This particular disc was made out a very flexible plastic and 40 years after its production it is still very pliable. There were less than 10 of these produced.
The prototype discs came with a small nipple on the bottom and that was not desirable for what PF was looking to accomplish, so this style was replaced with the "First Runs", which had a smooth bottom and no nipple. The problem with the first run was silicone would not adhere to the bottom so the Second, and final run features an etched bottom with no nipple. You can tell the Second run by the dull finish on the bottom. Disc is part of the John Bird collection
