Special Notes: From the Frisbee World Magazine, Volume VI, No. 4—"Blue HDX 80 with IFA Hotstamp (original run). We have approximately 100 discs and we are making these valuable collectors items available to you for $15.00 each postpaid". What this indicates is Wham-O had some left over stock from the original Ice Blue production run from 1977 and decided to use them in one of the final runs of IFA discs before moving to the new hot stamp design. While the ad indicates Wham-O had around 100 discs, the actual production number of 150 came from a list provided by Tim Selinske, who was the head of shipping for Wham-O at the time. It is impossible to know whether 100 or 150 were produced.
