Special Notes: Birdbrain Disc Golf Club was formed in late 2014, early 2015 by Anthony Perez, Kyle Fitzpatrick, Will Russell, and a few other individuals. Their original home courses were Shady Oaks in Streamwood Illinois and Black Bear in Hoffman Estates Illinois. They now consider Rolling Knolls Disc Golf Course in Elgin Illinois as their home course.
